- 01Operating principle

A pair of rotors, which are rotated by the motor inside the pump cylinder, rotate opposite each other and enter gas into the pump inlet and are used in a wide variety of vacuum fields. The oil rotary vane pump piston-type pump, dry pump is connected to the dry pump to achieve the pressure in a short period of time at high exhaust speeds.
